Graduate Student Conference in Translation

I am writing you to let you know we have decided to extend the CFP for our KSU 2019 Conference in Translation (attached), to get more and more varied presentations. The new deadline is January 31, 2019.

Please bear in mind that the papers to be presented do not need to be major research studies– Even small-scale research papers or essays written for a class in your programs would be perfect for this event! The Conference is designed by and for students, to get practice presenting ideas before an audience, so we cannot make it happen without more people willing to present.

We also wanted to ask you if you received the CFP in the first place, as we used a new email address, ialgradconference@gmail.com. The name associated with it is Jonathan / Tommy Tomolonis. If you have not seen the emails we sent from this address, could you kindly check your Spam folder and make sure you move the emails to your inbox so the address is recognized in the future? Alternatively, please reply to all to this email so the email address is saved. An email with the registration form will be sent soon, also from this email address.

Thank you in advance for all your help distributing our invitation to your students and we look forward to receiving more proposals from your school in the next weeks.
